Traci has an extensive background as a problem solver and a leader. As ALG’s Firm Administrator, Traci is responsible for ensuring that ALG delivers the highest level of client service. Traci is an expert communicator and provides continuous client contact with a kind and compassionate demeanor. Additionally, Traci is responsible for managing the administrative operations as well as the information systems of the firm.
Prior to joining ALG, Traci was a paralegal for the Office of the State Attorney, 7th Judicial Circuit. In that role, Traci managed a large caseload, assisted in trial and witness preparation, prepared subpoenas, motions, and notices. Prior to joining the Office of the State Attorney, Traci ran the day-to-day operations of a large medical practice for five years in Jacksonville, Florida.
Traci received a Bachelor of Science from Saint Leo University. While studying for her Master’s degree, Traci attended the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom as a presidential scholar. In 2011, Traci earned a Master of Legal Studies in Law and Public Policy from the California University of Pennsylvania.
Traci volunteers in several community based projects. Currently, she is mentoring high school and college students in writing and research. Traci applies an innovative personal approach to build confidence and provide inspiration to those she helps. Traci and her husband, Mike Perez, live in St. Augustine where they enjoy the beach, cultural events, and exploring our nation’s oldest city.
