Wesley R. Stacknik has lived in the Tampa Bay area and has practiced in Pinellas County, FL since 1977. He represents clients throughout the State of Florida handling primarily Social Security Disability and bankruptcy cases.
He graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL in 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Illinois. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. Wesley is also a registered representative of claimants before the Social Security Administration.
Wesley has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal trials. He has represented clients in a broad range of legal disputes for personal injury cases, criminal charges, social security disability, bankruptcy and probate proceedings.
Helping individuals with their disability claims and bankruptcy matters are of particular interest and Wesley knows that communication is vital to each and every client.
He served in the U.S. Army and belongs to several fraternal organizations. He is an active member of his community & church.
